La forêt du Grand Palluau s’étend sur 293 ha aux Loges-Margueron, dans l’Aube. Située en Champagne humide, elle forme un vaste massif d’un seul tenant. Ses sols très fertiles offrent d'excellentes potentialités forestières. Les peuplements sont principalement feuillus, composés de futaies et de mélanges futaie-taillis. Le chêne, bien représenté, constitue l’essence phare de la propriété avec un stock sur pied important et offre des bois de qualité, reconnus et appréciés des acheteurs. Le massif bénéficie d’une desserte remarquable, avec des routes forestières entretenues et accessibles. Son état sanitaire est très satisfaisant, avec des bois sains et poussants. The Grand Palluau forest extends over 293 hectares in Les Loges-Margueron, in the Aube department. Located in the wet Champagne region, it forms a vast, single-block forest estate. Its highly fertile soils offer excellent forestry potential. The stands are mainly broadleaved, consisting of high forest and mixed high forest with coppice. Oak is well represented and is the flagship species of the property, with a substantial standing timber volume and high-quality wood that is recognised and sought after by buyers. The forest benefits from excellent access, with well-maintained and accessible forest roads. Its sanitary condition is very satisfactory, with healthy and vigorous trees.
